You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring the accuracy of invoice information
Complying with applicable tax and business laws

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for fraudulent invoicing
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Upload malicious content or code

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe). We do not store complete payment card information. You agree to the terms of our payment processors when using payment features.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create (invoices, client data). Fast Track Bill retains ownership of the platform, software, and branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fast Track Bill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
